Working conditions
» Sketches
The sketches sent to the client cannot be used by him. Client can use them only
if he will buy them. The author will not use them for business, but he keeps them in his
records. The above-mentioned sketches may be put online in the web site www.cartoonsandcomics.net
only for demonstrative purpose, showing the name of client.
The sketches will be sent via email.
» Originals
The originals are and will remain property of the author, that
don't use them for business, but he keeps them in his
records.T he above-mentioned originals may be put online in the web site www.cartoonsandcomics.net
only for demonstrative purpose, showing the name of client.
All drawings will have the signature of the author (except the cartoon logos),
that cannot be deleted. No changes are allowed to the drawing from client
without the written permission of the author.
» Copyright
The client buys the copyright of the drawing.
Therefore, he cannot use it for different purposes than the ones estabilished
without request and following permission of the author.
» Material forwarding
As per the sketches, the definitive drawing will be sent via email
at 300 dpi minimum resolution. If,
due to the size of the drawing (or the quantity of the requested drawings),
will not be possible to send it via email, it will be put in a CD-Rom
and sent with a recorded delivery. The shipping charges
are paid by the client.
» Terms of payment
The payment, by credit transfer or money order, is in advance. The client
will send the receipt for payment via email.
For a considerable work will be stipulate a contract between the author and the client
